Register of Interests

Councillor's Register of Interests

All Councillors and co-opted members of the Parish Council must register their disclosable pecuniary interests for public view.

Registration of personal interests should be guided by the duty to act in conformity with the Principles of Public Life (Selflessness, Integrity, Objectivity, Accountability, Openness, Honesty, Leadership).   The rules on registering and declaring interests are intended to promote openness and transparency to give the public confidence that councillors are putting the public interest first and are not benefiting their own financial affairs from being a councillor.

The register of interests is a public document available on Wiltshire Council’s website. Click on the link below which will take you to the Register of Interests for Seend Parish Councillors.
