The agenda is published no later than 3 working days before the meeting.   It is published on this website with copies placed on notice boards in the westbound bus shelter notice board Sells Green, High Street and Seend Cleeve.

Parishioners can submit a request to speak at a meeting, providing they notify the Clerk 7 days prior to the meeting. They will then be permitted to speak under “Items for Discussion from Members of the Parish”.
