Seend Fund
THE SEEND FUND - YOUR LOCAL FUND
The Seend Fund was formed in 2009 by amalgamation of the Seend Relief in Need Charity and the Seend Parish Lands Charity; the former at least, having roots in the 17th century. At amalgamation, the principal conditions of the previous Governing Document were retained. One of these determined that there should be seven trustees: one ex-officio (the vicar), four nominative and two co-operative trustees. The nominative trustees are appointed by the Parish Council of Seend for a term of four years. The co-operative trustees are appointed by the other trustees for a term of five years.
